Stainless Steel Seamless Instrumentation Tubing

instrumentSuraj’s offers all types of stainless steel Instrumentation Tubing to a wide range of Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, Duplex & Super Duplex to various specifications, such as ASTM A-269, A-268, A-213, A-769, Equivalent to ASME, EN, JIS etc. Grade TP304/304L, 304H, TP-316/316L, 316Ti, TP-317/317L, TP-321//321H, TP-347/347H, TP-405, TP-410, S31260, S31500, S31803, S32550, S32750. with accurate, straight cut length to the tolerances our customers needed… The standard size of Tubes for this application is within the size range of  6.00 mm OD to 50.80 mm OD and wall thickness  0.6 mm to 6.00 mm.   All sizes are supplied with smooth surfaces and close dimensional tolerances. High strength stainless steel, duplex and super duplex stainless steel tubing a in various sizes as per customers requirement can be produced.

The tubing are produced in straight length in the annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finis and polished conditions. The above austenitic grades of stainless steel provide fairly good corrosion resistance and machinability needed by different Industries like, Power Generation, Automotive, Chemical and petrochemical, Oil and Gas sectors, Nuclear and Control lines etc. Our seamless straight length of precision tubing is useful for onshore control system and processing facilities ..Our Instrumentation tubing is also used by manufacturers of various industries, like Process & Control Instrumentation, Measuring & Controlling Devices, Analytical Instruments, Medical Instruments etc

Our own Hot finished Mother Hollows are used for manufacturing above Stainless Steel Seamless Instrumentation Tubing, using cold pilgering and suitable draw benches and then solution annealed in a continuous roller hearth furnace. When we use our own raw material for producing the Instrumentation Tubing, we see no problem to maintain the quality of our Tubing.
